2011 Penterry Photography Competition

In 2008 and again in 2009 the Penterry Church Committee ran photography competitions which culminated in exhibitions and awards ceremonies in St. Arvans Memorial Hall, and raised much-needed funds through sales of calendars, prints and notelets and generous donations from visitors and sponsors.

Encouraged by your support, we are now launching the 2011 Penterry Photography Competition with the theme “Penterry Through The Seasons”. By running the competition over two years we hope to give all entrants the chance to capture the changing face of our beautiful area, whether through the landscape, wildlife, buildings or people.

Entries will be eligible for prizes both as individual photos and as a collection of up to four photos. Don’t worry if you have only one suitable picture – we’d love to see it! All photographs must have been taken within 5 miles of Penterry Church between August 2009 and June 2011. Details of the prizes for the competition will be announced early in 2011.

Please read the competition rules, then complete the entry form and – if your entry includes any identifiable people – a release form and submit these with your entry.
